Your order will ship together once all ordered items are ready.
For orders with multiple Back Order items, the latest ETD determines the estimated dispatch date for the whole order.
ETD
Some Back Order items do not yet have an ETD. The order's estimated dispatch date will be confirmed once all dates are available.
If the ETD changes, we'll notify you by email.
You may contact us to cancel a Back Order item only while it is still awaiting restock, and no later than 5 days before that item's own ETD. The cancellation deadline is based on each item's ETD, not the latest ETD in your order. Items that have already arrived cannot be cancelled under this Back Order policy. Once all outstanding Back Order items have either arrived or been cancelled, we will immediately ship the remaining items.
