Every item is carefully sorted and inspected before it leaves us. We pay close attention to the condition of both the product and its packaging, so you can order with confidence.
Order Processing & Tracking
Orders are prepared for shipment promptly after they are placed. Tracking information will normally be available by the second business day after your order is placed.
Shipping
Estimated transit time for all available shipping options is 6–12 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect transit times.

We’ve updated how shipping is calculated at LeePlus Hobby to make delivery costs fairer—and help you save on shipping.
Using real shipping data, we’ve refined the shipping weights of selected products and introduced smaller weight increments for US and Canadian orders. This helps reduce unnecessary jumps in shipping charges, so eligible orders can benefit from lower costs.
Your shipping total will still depend on the items in your cart and your destination, with the final rate shown at checkout.
We’ll continue reviewing our shipping rates so you can put more of your budget toward the kits you love.

Duties & Taxes
Our product prices are duty-inclusive, so applicable import duties are already included in the price you pay.
If your shipment is nevertheless assessed an additional customs duty, please keep the official payment receipt or other valid supporting documentation and contact us through our website Contact form. We will review the charge with you and help resolve the situation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, is damaged during transit, or has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a refund. Please email customerservice@leeplushobby.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the item, the affected area, and packaging.
LeePlus Hobby will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items. Contact us before sending the item back so we can provide return instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the amount paid for that item to your original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee for these returns.
Please keep the item and its original packaging in safe condition. Opening the packaging to inspect the item does not prevent a return for damage or a defect present on arrival. Damage caused during use, assembly, or modification is not covered by this return policy.
Incorrectly Shipped Items
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please email customerservice@leeplushobby.com within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange the return. We will cover all costs associated with returning an incorrectly shipped item.
Please keep the incorrectly shipped item unopened and unused, and keep the product and its original packaging in safe condition until we provide return instructions.
Other Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept change-of-mind returns of non-defective, correctly supplied items. We do not offer exchanges.
Quality Issues & Replacement Parts
We accept quality-related claims within 14 days of delivery. If you notice a missing part or another quality issue, please keep the relevant packaging and clear supporting photos and email customerservice@leeplushobby.com.
Even after the 14-day claim period, paid replacement parts may still be available. If a part is accidentally damaged during your build, you are welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help.
Cancellations & Shipping Information Corrections
Orders are automatically prepared for shipment on the next business day, so in most cases we are unable to guarantee a cancellation once an order has been placed.
If there is an urgent issue, or if you need to correct your shipping information, please email customerservice@leeplushobby.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to assist before the shipment is processed.
